“I have only ordered twice from Vesternet so far, but both times were an amazing customer experience for me. The first time, the ordering process was easy, communication regarding order confirmation and shipping was very prompt, and the delivery of my item was quick. I also found the website easy to use and quite interesting to look around actually, due to the mass of available information relating to smart homes and home automation. The second time (today), I reached out to Vesternet using their online chat, and the responses to my questions were incredibly quick indeed. It was even David Bell himself, the Founder and CEO of Vesternet, who replied to my queries! He also reserved my desired item and created an order for me, sent via email, where all I had to do was "pick up where I left off" (even though I hadn't actually started the basket / checkout process myself) and simply complete the purchase in a few clicks. I felt that was impeccable customer service and, David and team, I thank you for that. Again, my order confirmation email was prompt, like the previous time. I am still awaiting my shipping confirmation email, but am sure that will arrive very soon too. Overall, I am impressed with both interactions I have had with Vesternet so far, and would not hesitate to use them again in the future. I would definitely recommend them.”
