“Overall Vesternet are good. However this review/express shipping doesn't always work. I also think that the warranties on all their home products is a bit short. When you look at home 'infrastructure' products their life is 5-10yrs. Vesternets products have better warranties than most at 3yrs, most other brands are 1yr. Either way, conceptually replacing thermostats/lighting switches every yr on a 1 yr warranty is crazy.”
