“The product was advertised as 'in stock soon' when i purchased it. It wasn't long before it arrived at Vesternet where i was kept up to date on it's shipping progress via email. It arrived in good time and I was very happy with the service. The website also has some great info on the products.”

This couple with the excellent free Technical advice and support if required. “This is a great specialist retailer for smart home builds. They may not always be the cheapest... Though they regularly are. But indisputably, they are always the go to expert in the field of smart home products, and the value they add in helping customers navigate the tricky challenge of compatibility between hubs and products, especially Zigbee and ZWave, helps compensate for occasions that they’re not the cheapest. Vesternet, uses a discount method based on multiples of 5x or 10x of the same class of smart home product within either zwave or zigbee. This is a good deal perhaps if you’re starting out on building a smart home but From my perspective, as a pretty seasoned smart home veteran …replacing this with a loyalty scheme or discount that takes Account of the reality that I no longer need to Buy multiples of the same kind of product type and instead rewards loyalty for simply spending more of my ‘share of smart home wallet’ with vesternet vs their competitors. In this way I wouldn’t feel short changed in any way, or that my purchases are helping compensate those setting up for the first time and able to buy multiples and use the existing discount deal because, whether starting out or refining an existing set up … we’d all be working to the same discount / loyalty methodology :)”

“These guys are helpful. i had an issue with a device that developed a fault sometime after i bought it. Vesternet were quick to respond in a helpful manner and sorted my replacement soon after. I used to look online for the best prices for items and vesternet are hard to beat. Given that, and their service, i just go straight to vesternet as i know i will end up there anyhow.”

“The Vera was set up really quickly, but I had lots of issues getting the devices operating properly. Fortunately the after sales help was superb, and the issues were soon sorted. It is not a system to just plug in and forget - I've spent days trawling through the Forum to find out the intricacies of programming the Vera to get the best out of it. There is no shortage of info, and the learning curve has been steep, but its very satisfying when the Sonos sound system announces the temperature has reached a certain point! There's still a long way to go, but I'm getting there slowly...”
