“Website easy to use and quick delivery”

“Did not print the correct amount of page, personalisation possibilities was not very wide and the interface was harder to use especially considering I am a very tech-capable 21-year-old! Additionally, when I downloaded the PDF it was downloaded in 2 different files and I had to use a third-party technology in order to merge the two.”

Hi Poppy, I am very sorry about all the problems you described in your feedback. Regarding the interface, it does, unfortunately, look like your order coincided with a bug on our website. I am very sorry about that! I would like to highlight that we have been working constantly on our platform since then, and it is now bug-free, much quicker, and substantially easier to use. We will continue to work on things to make the order process as easy as can be. Likewise, for the download-only issue you described: customers are now sent 3 different format versions of their designs. This means that 99.9% of the time, they will have a format that meets their needs. I can only apologise that this was not in place when you made your order.
