“To be truthful I tried to make my own Order of Service from one of the layouts. Found it extremely difficult to use. Spent hours doing it. Bought a download. Some of the words were missing on a page. In the end I had to make my own.”

Hi Christine, Thank you for your note. I am really sorry that you had a tough time with our website. We try really hard to make it as simple to use as possible, but it's a tricky system to perfect, and we clearly need to keep working on it! One thing that we have implemented recently that might help is a proof reading option...essentially you can download a watermarked version of your design before committing to a purchase. “Definitely the best website for value for money!! Lovely templates and the booklets arrived promptly and look fantastic! Only reason I gave 4 stars was because the website kept crashing on both my phone and PC so I kept losing my deign which was a pain but I would still order from them again!!”

“Initially I thought I would use the template to prepare my Order of Service and then download it to arrange printing myself. However, I decided to have Utterly Printable print it for me and I was very impressed with the final result in terms of quality, cost and speed of delivery. A very professional product and service which a number of funeral attendees commented on positively. I’d definitely recommend their services for any occasion.”

“Great quality and fast delivery. However 1 star down as I felt that the pricing wasn’t as transparent as I would want. Right before I was taken to payment, they added VAT and shipping and the price shoot up. I thought it was the shipping that was so expensive but later after payment I realised that it was the VAT that wasn’t included. This should be made clear from the beginning.”

“Absolutely love the design, it’s a shame that the website isn’t user friendly. On multiple cases I tried to save my changes and it wasn’t updated unless I saved as a new design. I then ordered a couple of draft copies and went back to re order and it displayed I ordered a different style completely. That has made it difficult to use, but I persisted with it because I loved the design. Would be useful if there were total packages, for example with a wedding invitation if there was a build package for the same design, to include rsvp, order of the day, name cards etc.”

Hi Caroline, Thanks for taking the time to review Utterly Printable. Your point about the saving and loading is a totally fair one. Around the time of your order, we were having some problems with that aspect of our service. Since then, we have completely overhauled and improved the way that part of our website works, and it is now much more easy and intuitive to use. I'm just sorry it wasn't in place when you were putting your design together! And that is a very good point regarding the wedding suites. Whilst a lot of our core designs have multiple matching elements, not all of them do. I do know for certain that this is on the radar for future design rollouts. Warm wishes, UP Customer Services
