“There was a mistake on the front of the order of service for the funeral quite an obvious one we are in 2023 not 2020”

While we don't offer a proofreading service, we always encourage customers to review their artwork. “Cards were beautiful and high quality. However we were not sent enough envelopes for the cards despite paying separately for them from utterly printable. Very frustrating.”

Hi Aisling, Thanks for your review. I'm glad you liked your prints, but I'm hugely sorry about the missing envelopes! All of our packing for dispatch is done by hand, so mistakes like this can occasionally happen (though we are implementing a system to make this even more foolproof) I cannot see an email from you regarding the missing envelopes. “To be truthful I tried to make my own Order of Service from one of the layouts. Found it extremely difficult to use. Spent hours doing it. Bought a download. Some of the words were missing on a page. In the end I had to make my own.”

Hi Christine, Thank you for your note. I am really sorry that you had a tough time with our website. We try really hard to make it as simple to use as possible, but it's a tricky system to perfect, and we clearly need to keep working on it! One thing that we have implemented recently that might help is a proof reading option...essentially you can download a watermarked version of your design before committing to a purchase. “Absolutely love the design, it’s a shame that the website isn’t user friendly. On multiple cases I tried to save my changes and it wasn’t updated unless I saved as a new design. I then ordered a couple of draft copies and went back to re order and it displayed I ordered a different style completely. That has made it difficult to use, but I persisted with it because I loved the design. Would be useful if there were total packages, for example with a wedding invitation if there was a build package for the same design, to include rsvp, order of the day, name cards etc.”

Hi Caroline, Thanks for taking the time to review Utterly Printable. Your point about the saving and loading is a totally fair one. Around the time of your order, we were having some problems with that aspect of our service. Since then, we have completely overhauled and improved the way that part of our website works, and it is now much more easy and intuitive to use. I'm just sorry it wasn't in place when you were putting your design together! And that is a very good point regarding the wedding suites. Whilst a lot of our core designs have multiple matching elements, not all of them do. I do know for certain that this is on the radar for future design rollouts. Warm wishes, UP Customer Services
