“I have found Ashmika to respond to my questions regarding the Untied software system swiftly and she provides clear responses. “Out of the 42 possible companies for MTD they were the best. They answer queries promptly and informatively and help with getting started on the process with a face to face online interview which is tailored to the needs of the client. The person on the online interview made the whole process which I was dreading a pleasant one and I would highly recommend untied.”

“I have spent months looking at different mtd software. As a sole trader working in health who is used to paper accounts I needed something that I could just easily input manually and efficiently and easy to use suitable for someone not used to financial software. This app and website I have to say is brilliant. So easy to use I don't need to connect my bank account, I can input my own records easily, it really seems so well thought out. The staff are exceptionally helpful. I can honestly say this is the first one I have actually enjoyed using. So many of the mtd software companies out there think it is easy because its easy for them working in finance but this one really has been designed with the customer in mind. I've already recommended it to friends. Strongly recommended.”
