“It should be good as there are lots of tutorials but I have found the process really stressful. There is no one to help ( despite several emails saying they will it never actually happens) I cannot file my tax return because it is not correct and after repeatedly asking for help to rectify the situation nothing happens. They just repeat the same instructions that don't work. I think its just AI as the AI help on the website says the same thing. Find a company that allows you to talk to a human.”

“Really helpful guys at Untied that made it super easy for me to understand the new process of MTD. Untied is much easier to use than expected. It is very versatile for book keeping and it feels like a personal service. They are very quick to respond to queries. I have recommended it to friends”

“SUPERB! This is the best tax app I have ever worked with. It links completely to HRMC, bank accounts, credit cards, etc. Every single transaction appears in the app and can be tagged with ease. You can add expenses or payments manually too. You can create and send invoices and empoyers can pay you at the click of a button their end. You can see which invoices have been paid and which are outstanding. If you do require any help, the system-makers reply to emails instantly and tweak the service to accomodate your needs. I cannot recommend UNTIED highly enough.”

“Untied is a very user-friendly platform to do your Making Tax Digital on. It takes much less time to do your accounts for tax purposes, than it did when I did these on paper and Excel sheets. Also they have excellent staff who really care about giving you the right answer to your e-mails. They also can sort out a persistent problem (like with my tiny laptop) with a Teams call - all sorted out and no need to buy another computer with a bigger screen!”
