“I am new to using this software, and not very tech savvy, but it's actually quite straightforward if you dive in, and when I have had any queries I've had a quick email back with the answer. So far so good.”

“I have spent months looking at different mtd software. As a sole trader working in health who is used to paper accounts I needed something that I could just easily input manually and efficiently and easy to use suitable for someone not used to financial software. This app and website I have to say is brilliant. So easy to use I don't need to connect my bank account, I can input my own records easily, it really seems so well thought out. The staff are exceptionally helpful. I can honestly say this is the first one I have actually enjoyed using. So many of the mtd software companies out there think it is easy because its easy for them working in finance but this one really has been designed with the customer in mind. I've already recommended it to friends. Strongly recommended.”

“Just had an on-board session with Kevin Sefton at Untied. I don't have financial background and so Kevin patiently took me through how the software functions and how it would work in terms of submiting quarterlies and final tax submissions to HMRC. I found Kevin to be highly knowledgeable but more importantly very approachable and down to earth in answering what would have been very basic questions for him. I was given sufficient information to decide if the Untied software package is right for me without any pressure selling tactics. Based upon what I have learnt and Kevin's professionalism and good nature I will be signing up to Untied.”

“I had a few issues with initially sending it off as I was sending off the test one instead of the final submission. But I have now submitted it for the first time within the time frame lol.”

“Very quick to respond to any queries of which I have many not being a very techy person. I am slowly learning how to use everything and feel supported. I think this will be a great way to do my tax once I am more familiar with it.”

“Booked into a MTD essentials session with Kevin. Found the session informative, Kevin listen to our individual circumstances and was able to offer advice. After the session I felt much more confident going forward with MTD. The untied portal is easy to use and has lots of links to offer even more support.”

“I highly recommend UNTIED for MTD purposes. Both the App and Browser are user friendly with some support from the UNTIED team. I must say Ashmika , Kevin and Marco have been extremely helpful in feeding back and helping to sort out any issues I have had so far. They are always very swift replying to all my email queries.”
