Everything from the actual booking if the service to the pickup, the friendliness, the flexibility was more than perfect. The driver was really friendly and understanding of my situation. He adjusted the pickup location according to my needs and waited for me to finish taking the COVID Test. Highly Recommended

I paid for an INSIDE THE TERMINAL PICKUP traveling with my 4 month old and IM disabled. DRIVER WASNT THERE, Showed up 30 mins late, never came into terminal. I already found another ride. TRansfeero REFUSES to refund, unless I send emails with EVIDENCE??? Ya ok. Cancelled my return ride, now to tell there story wherever I can, THE WORSTE EVER!

We booked a private VIP transfer from our hotel to CDG airport at 6:00 am. The car never showed and when I contacted the company several times the manager said the driver was there and waiting. I had to get the bellhop and manager of the hotel to speak to him in French and no driver was present. The driver was in a completely other part of town. We almost missed our flight and more importantly not a single apology. The manager on the phone was rude, and never once apologized for his mistake or the fact that I had to tip the bellman and the manager of our hotel. Just use G7 app much better and save you hundreds.

I wouldn’t use this service in London. The car booked was for 3 passengers and 3 bags. We had three bags and a carry on bag. The car that turned up was a hatchback. The bags didn’t fit and the driver said that we had gone over the limit. I offered to leave the carry on bag at the hotel, however, the driver said that the bags were too big. I would question if he was able to fit three carryon bags into the boot of his car. I am not sure if this is common practice, however, he tried to put a bag on the front passenger seat. We had to rush and catch a train to the airport, which was easier than using the London providers of Transfeero. No refund form the company.

Horrible service. They sent the wrong car (for 5 people; I had booked a van for 7) and then tried to blame it on me. Avoid at all cost

It’s a Scam Company OVERPRICED RIDES for customers and the worst partner company we’ve ever worked with.. Go and book your taxi with a REAL and LOCAL taxi company. This way you also avoid 40%commission.

Will never use this service again. Was lured by their lower prices and ease of booking - they are clearly a parent company that contracts work out, and then takes no responsibility. Booked a transfer in Dubai where the driver showed up on time for a 40 minute drive. He got lost multiple times and struggled with his GPS, often looking at his phone and almost rear-ending other cars. Our journey took almost 2 hours. I took multiple photos with time stamps and showing our location as anywhere but where we needed to be and sent them in requesting a refund. Transfeero claimed they could not validate my concern and immediately closed the chat function in my profile to no longer discuss it. Terrible customer service - washing your hands of your contractor massive mistakes. Do not book with them - if something goes wrong, you will have no assistance.

I canceled a booking on the Transfeero site many days in advance of the booking and booked with a local Italian company that was considerably cheaper (100 euros cheaper). I checked that the booking showed as canceled on the Transfeero site and then closed my laptop. I took the ride from the local service with no issues whatsoever. To my amazement, I got a text from Transfeero saying that my driver would be there at the originally scheduled day and time. (I changed the date and time in my new alternative booking.) I immediately texted and called the driver to say that the booking had been canceled days ago and told him not to go to the pickup site. I also contacted Transfeero via phone and text FIVE hours before the pickup time. Long story ... short. They say that I never canceled the booking and would forfeit the full cost of the ride! I am an intelligent person who knows how to use my laptop and would admit if I screwed up and forgot to cancel a booking. I simply could not believe this. I signed into my Transfeero account after receiving the text to see that the booking now showed as "upcoming"! I told Transfeero that I had canceled and had confirmed that the booking showed as "canceled" on their site. I told them I even completed Transfeero's survey asking why I had cancelled. They said too bad - they were going to keep the $360 car service fee that I had prepaid. Something is wrong with their website! I talked with a friend who is an IT specialist who told me that there are many ways that this could've happened on Transfeero's end. (Errors, crashes etc happen that drop data or data get lost when installing a backup.) As further support that their back office is screwed up, I noticed that my booking continues to show as "upcoming" on their site. Clearly, there is a bug that they need to fix. Don't book with this service - there are cheaper, reliable options and Transfeero's back office and customer service obviously sucks. Unfortunately, I relied on the "5 star" reviews without reading the 1 star reviews. Date of experience: October 15, 2023

My train from Tirano was cancelled so a bus was provided and then I had to get the train from morbegno which was delayed because of a suicide attempt on the track. As a result of all this I was 2hrs late in total. The driver could not wait, another car could not replace him so I was charged the full amount. REFUND REFUSED.Then they sent me their refund policy. Unacceptable leaving me stranded in a foreign country where I don't speak the language. Also prior to this a 4th charge was made to my credit card without me making a booking. This charge disappeared after I complained vigorously about fradulent practices with credit card use. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY.

Booked a service for pick and return on my flight out of JFK. The driver seemed very nice and picked us up on time but his driving was absolutely terrifying. He would look at his phone, brake so last minute. I had a fear every moment we would crash. I looked up directions on the way there and had my eyes on the road the entire time to make sure. I actually said something at one point to him to slow down and brake. Terrible. Canceled my ride back and never booking again.

Transfer turned up without a child seat as requested. I rang Transfeero but they were unwilling to organise an alternative transfer which left me, my wife and 1 year old left stranded at our hotel and having to call a very costly private taxi to get to the airport in Portugal. On return from holiday, I raised a complaint to Transfeero which I had to chase on several occasions and they have not honoured a refund. Instead Transfeero have washed their hands of my experience and advised I need to speak directly to the company that they sub-contract transfers to (even though my booking was with Transfeero and paid to Transfeero). Disgraceful lack of ownership for poor experiences and will be staying well clear of this company in future.

Terrible service. Driver did not pick us up from the airport and they still tried to charge us. They work with “local partners” and cannot be responsible for the quality of service. Our driver on the way home actually picked us up but he was EXTREMELY tired. Dangerous company. Do not travel with them.

A booking made 18 hours prior to take off and was totally ripped off . Price is eye watering and was not advised that they are not competitive . They charge 3x more than anyone else and only once arrived in Italy was I able to make a comparison . Customer service was not interested and that is their business model Shocking

Absolute scam and worthless transfer company. Any decent private car transfer operator monitors flights of passengers when their services are booked. This is the first that has actually said it’s the passengers job to inform THEM of the delay, yet at time of booking? You have to put your flight info in! Why else put it if you won’t use it. Their customer service takes hours to respond, which isn’t ideal for same day reservations. I’ll use Blacklane, Boston Coach, Carey or any other private transfer before using Transfeero again

Canceled flight and the agency did not update my driver!!! … I booked Transfeero and they encourage to use the app. I updated the flight information while in the US due to a cancellation. They claimed that with the time change that it was just inside of 24 hours. The driver texted me and said he wouldn’t stay. I am now stuck in Milan trying to find a ride to Lugano which is one hour away after traveling for 21 hours. They said they can not return my money bc they book the agency and pay them. I am disputing the charge and will continue to write updates to my review until resolved. Now I have received a reply that sounds nice but I haven’t heard back from them in over 24 hours. I will try to call but the email I sent as requested has gone unanswered. This is not good service! I spoke to Alex who claims I am a “no show” bc my flight was landing 3 hours later than the original flight. While they claim that I updated the app, they say they have no responsibility-they are booking with an agency and taking a cut from them. There was clearly no way for me to call the agency directly and I was trying to update the app and communicate on the app so they would have the information. This is not a car service!!! This is an online portal that books with agencies. They do not stand behind their promise to arrange your driver. I would not book with this service again. I have asked to speak to the manager and have stated that I will feel the issue is resolved if they will return my payment of 230+ dollars for a one way ride from Milan to Lugano. We landed at 630p rather than 330p. I have kept the text messages from the driver that say they were not informed of a change with the air flight.

Did not wait for my elderly mother transferred in a wheelchair in the airport (despite being told about this). No trip occurred but still charged me the full amount

This is an official complain The car that I have booked was a Mercedes and I have been provided with an old unknown chinese bus. This is unacceptable This is my first and last time dealing with this company The car provided was worn out and the air conditioner is not optimal and the ride was so bumpy, if I knew that they will miss lead us with the picture and not provide similar car I wouldn’t booked through this company honestly. This is just like you book a Mercedes but you know if they can not provide one they will replace it with an Audi or a BMW or a Lexus or at least a Volkswagen but they provided us with a worn out basic standard Unknow chinese car.

Do not use this service. The communication and administration was good. But our ride who communicated he was at the airport, was not there when we exited after an international flight. He then told us 10 minutes then 20.. I called him and the administration several times. We then had to take our elderly parents to a parking garage to meet the driver - this type of service should result in a refund. This is not worth paying for - you can get other private services that are actually reliable and know what to do when they make a mistake.

The worst. A complete scam. They charged my card in advance and then the driver was not there meet us after my flight arrived 47 minutes after the scheduled pick up time. We had to take a taxi and Transfeero refused to refund my money after not providing the service I paid for!
