Absolute scam and worthless transfer company. Any decent private car transfer operator monitors flights of passengers when their services are booked.
This is the first that has actually said it’s the passengers job to inform THEM of the delay, yet at time of booking? You have to put your flight info in! Why else put it if you won’t use it. Their customer service takes hours to respond, which isn’t ideal for same day reservations. I’ll use Blacklane, Boston Coach, Carey or any other private transfer before using Transfeero again
