“Prompt service, although phone call from Sales after on line ordering, did say Tower would be delivered on the following Monday, it was actually delivered on the Tuesday.”

“The tower was dispatched quickly and was a breeze to put up, it was sturdy, roomy and stable if you use the outriggers which I was, my only niggle is the moving of the tower which was awkward in my back garden due to limited room, I ended up dismantling and remantling the tower rather than trying to move it. The delivery was messed up by Tufnell who left my adjustable feet in Sheffield but an email to TopTower saw immediate response and resolution. A great buy and good experience”

“Very happy with product just one issue, end of one H frame was slightly bent, possibly in transit as package was ripped, had to straighten it which was not so easy, otherwise would be 5 stars.”

“Unfortunately the ladders I purchased aren't suitable for what I had hoped to be able to do so I am now looking at using a scaffold tower and because the ladder is unused Toptower have kindly allowed me to return them. Excellent professional service.”

“The tower is very good to use. It was a little fiddly to assemble initially but the instructions were ok once found stuck under the platform. I have used it the last three days painting walls an it’s so much easier than using a ladder. Unfortunately it arrived with a little damage to one of the crossmembers despite being well packaged. I couldn’t unpack it on the day of delivery so didn’t see it until the next day. It doesn’t stop it working as intended but was a little disappointing. Admittedly I haven’t reported this as I couldn’t open it on the day. Perhaps you might be able to help with this. Other than that I would definitely recommend it, thanks.”

“Have ordered only a couple of times from this site . Quick efficient delivery of items . Unfortunately last order only sent I set instead of 2 but after ringing up . They apologised for the mistake and said they would send the other set . Which was only on Friday so hope to receive in the next couple of days .”
