“I placed a order, then a week later I phoned after still not receiving pads. I was told that they had been returned due to no access. Right now I'm still waiting. Do I have to wait until Toptower receives them back before I get my order? Well, still waiting! Eventually it came, then I realised that it was obviously the size the box that caused my parcel to be returned. The box was approx 12" sq. Cheers.”

“I bought this tower to put up new soffits and fascias around my bungalow. Very impressed with the tower (made in France!). It feels a bit flimsy at first, but that's because it is made of aluminium. Once assembled it is very rigid and stable. It pays to study the instructions VERY carefully before assembling. They are inside the "trapdoor". TOP TIP: Make sure you identify the TWO 65cm long M8 bolts before you start. If you use them in the wrong place, you will NOT be able to bolt together the horizontal struts right at the bottom of the tower. These 65cm bolts are needed to join the lower horizontal struts with the lowest of the diagonal struts. They are easy to confuse with the twelve 60cm long M8 bolts. The optional stabiliser bars are HIGHLY recommended and make the tower feel safe and secure. Overall rating: Great product; great price; highly recommended. 10/10.”

“The tower is very good to use. It was a little fiddly to assemble initially but the instructions were ok once found stuck under the platform. I have used it the last three days painting walls an it’s so much easier than using a ladder. Unfortunately it arrived with a little damage to one of the crossmembers despite being well packaged. I couldn’t unpack it on the day of delivery so didn’t see it until the next day. It doesn’t stop it working as intended but was a little disappointing. Admittedly I haven’t reported this as I couldn’t open it on the day. Perhaps you might be able to help with this. Other than that I would definitely recommend it, thanks.”

“Never really had a need to use scaffold towers before, but having bit the bullet we went for two heights. So far so good, simple enough to erect. Robust construction and lightweight its made a huge difference in our self build in a matter of hours of set-up and use. Really sturdy.”

“Have ordered only a couple of times from this site . Quick efficient delivery of items . Unfortunately last order only sent I set instead of 2 but after ringing up . They apologised for the mistake and said they would send the other set . Which was only on Friday so hope to receive in the next couple of days .”
