“I bought some more sport socks purely because the so damn comfortble. It's like putting pure silk on your feet even though the are 80% Merino Wool. They really do keep you feet dry, cool in the Summer and because of the natual wool properties, you can wear them more than once, no smell, no hassel, just natual materials. All my socks are from this company now, all my others have been recycled, no nylon, no bamboo socks (awful) and my feet have never looked and felt better.”

“Firstly , I am not a walker as such but feel I should do more . So I bought some walking boots 🥾 so therefore needed socks 🧦 I wanted sock made in the U.K. and came across yours . “I pre-ordered two pairs of socks months ago and have not received them to date. I would be more grateful for an update on when I might get them rather than being asked for a review of a service that is still to be delivered.”

HI Eamon, You ordered a new design with a 67% discount for a pre-order offer which clearly said 6 weeks for delivery as they had to be manufactured. We delivered your socks on 31st May at 11.21am. This was the 3rd attempt at delivery. So maybe you were a little premature with your review but we hope you like them!!

“Thank you for the opportunity to write a review. I’m happy to do that even though I still haven’t received the walking socks I ordered on 6th April. I know from having bought walking (and other) socks from you before that I will love them but 1. Most retailers make their products then sell them. I feel with this order that I have been funding your business whilst you fulfilled my order. Six or seven weeks to wait for a pair of socks is quite irritating. Hence my earlier email. 2. I have also said before that I find it frustrating that I cannot choose the colours I want in the quantities I want. If I want three pairs of blue socks or two pairs of yellow socks, I don’t want to have to buy a whole host of other socks in colours that I don’t want. I hope you will take these comments in the spirit in which they are intended. I love your products and I really want you to be successful but I don’t buy as many socks as I might do if your sales policies were a little more flexible. Regards Bill Thompson”
