“My socks arrived today and they are absolutely beautiful; unfortunately the additional tax I had to pay to receive them in the Eu makes the price uncompetitative for future purchases except in the UK- it's a shame! Hi Jane, our sizing is something we are very good at. If you order socks according to your UK shoe size they should fit perfectly. Please feel free to call us if you are having an issue and we will be able to check the correct size for you

“Bought another pack of the dark collection merino wool socks and, although the burgundy was having stock issues, I received a lighter coloured pair instead and was assured that once available the burgundy would be sent out free of charge as a gesture of goodwill. Great company!”

“Socks are great! Communication would have greatly improved this review. There was an issue with the socks I ordered. However I didn’t know as there was no communication from the company. After a week or so I sent an email as I hadn’t received a dispatched email. A further week went buy and a chase email was sent. This time I got a response and I agreed to make a slight change to my order due the challenges with a supplier. Could have resolved a lot quicker had there been coms upfront. Socks are great as I said just help by being up front proactively if there is an issue.”
