“I found it not always easy to follow the speaker’s talking. Dosages etc of medicines we don’t need to hear, as we look them up in reference books. However the mentioning of the various medicines was useful and in general rabbits is a species that doesn’t get enough attention. Thank you - I’ll watch a few of the other sessions mentioned.”
“I don't no what happens when I am watching your webinars....the videos themselves are working perfectly but the sound is contineously and totally broken that I understand only 20% of the presentation.

“Difficult to get to see the lectures and after lecture to go back. The recordings images shows only partially the headline- requires clicking to the lecture to read the topic”
“Not going to lie it was quite hard to get going with webinar vet. First they took nearly four yearly payments out of my bank in 4 days as they hadn’t set up the system properly in finance and while it took me 3 phone conversations we managed to get it sorted and got a refund few days later. Was promised some chocs would be sent out as an apology but still haven’t received them.
Now my password is not getting recognised so I’m having to reset it every time I want to login.
Maybe I’ve just been very unlucky because I know of colleagues that have had no problems.

“The idea behind online cpd and the amount of content available is good, but my recent experience with an online Congress was terrible. I never received emails about log in details, when I tried to log in and reset password the reset emails wouldnt come through. I found it very stressful. I would say that the support staff were good when I emailed with my difficulties though and reset my password for me. I also thought the layout of the virtual Congress was awful. I appreciate that sponsors want you to look at their stands but navigating to the auditorium to view the lectures took forever clicking so many times to make your way to the auditorium.”
“I am using TWV because it is the platform used by the European Veterinary Dermatology Congress. Overall, I will rate my experience using it as poor, because:
1. the videos often stop in spite of high-speed internet
2. I keep seeing ads that I did not ask for
3. the process of accessing the CPD certificates is unclear and unfriendly
4. there were incompatibilities with Mac OSX Safari while watching the live sessions”
