“Last two petfood days' tec delivery to us went as smoothly as a nuclear sub under the ice (out of sight etc). Many thanks for arranging these two excellent days. The only small negative for me was one of these orgs padding their technical talks without listeners' consent with mindfulness, meditation and bumper sticker psychobabble. Personally I'd rather be Converted at the stake or the Point of a Sword ('Saint' Olaf etc) as being more honest (not sugar dissolved in HR distilled poisons). I've emailed them as such. Actually, the technical speakers on both days held the psych high ground with some very useful practical advice on how vets and nurses can engage with clients on nutritional issues”
