“Thanks for an interesting webinar, having been in practice for many years, including working with Ian Barclay many years ago, I could relate very well to how we now have a new generation of vets and to survive we need to except that and work in a different way to accommodate this. Client numbers have increased and we must find ways to cope with this, still providing an excellent service but using digital use to it’s full which hopefully helps take some of the pressure off the vets. As a practice we are looking at this and adding and updating things.”
