“My experience relates to the last year experience from WCVD congress in Sidney - online. Don't know wether you have organised also that congress. Shortly: WCVD was accessable through my e-mail and a personal code. All the rest was very logical and access to the lobbies was NOT CONDITIONED vith the obligate visit to the exhibition stands. O course we visit them but when you are in a hurry "running through the hall, not to be late for the live session" I found this step unnecessary and time consuming. Actually I have missed 30 minutes o lectures trying to get help from Pauwels office, since I am not sure I got any on line quick help connection from you..... If you condition such a step (to visit all the stands before access to the auditorium) IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN WRITTEN CLEARLY ALL THE TIME ON A VISIBLE PLACE. And bye the way, I am not sure this is completely regular,i.e. to force people to visit stands....
Pre- congress symposium was also of bat AUDIO and VIDEO quality.
Othervise I know you've put lot's of efforts to the organisation of the event and thank you in advance to be able to get access to all the recording untill the end o the year.
