We apologise that the webinar went slightly past 9pm GMT, but we are glad that you found the information 5 stars! We didn't see any issues with the internet feed dropping, but luckily the webinar is available on-demand, with the option to skip to any parts you missed.
Certificates are added to your account once the webinar has been uploaded on-demand to our website, which was at 10am GMT the following day.

“I had to watch the recording as wasn't available for the live webinar, however, the sound wasn't fantastic and even though it was translated on screen I'm guessing it was automated and that too had inconsistances. ( I think maybe the speaker kept moving away from her micraphone?)
Other than that the subject was good.”
