“It was very informative, thank you
one thing I'd like to suggest
With short presentation it'd be more active
we could be more included to your conversation
Again it's a important issue and you're perfectly organise
Best regards
Farah”
“Technically floor less webinar with an excellent panel of speakers, but considering that 60-70% of delegates were already convinced users of telemedicine, there were for my liking not enough practical tips given. Eg. How to present yourself better, how to make an appointment more efficient, how to control the flow of information, how to improve a consultation technically etc”
“In my opinion a lot of General talking... no much special insights or New aspects of telehealth,
I did expect more talking about communication Italien skills, treated Cafés, statistics, Client opinion, problems of telehealth and advantages in short termes.
Complaints of telehealthh, kind of needed improvements”
“Great speakers; learn something new and relevant every time, and lovely to have the question and answer sessions at the end. Even though I usually listen at different times, these are always useful.”
“Generally a good mix of webinars and handy however
Was unable to access virtual Congress and the automated replies I received when I asked for help were worse than useless
Asked if I could access recordings and no reply to that either
Disappointed and considering cancelling my membership”
