“I recently ordered a scanner from The Scanner Shop and it was delayed due to the courier being overwhelmed with Christmas parcels. The team at The Scanner Shop promptly responded to my emails and helped me track the location of my order. I'm not sure how large a company they are, but the service I received was akin to that of a family-run firm that valued all of its customers. Excellent company. If I ever require another scanner, then I will definitely use and recommend them.”

“Easy to place order, fast delivery with info every step of the way, reasonable price, and a call a few days after delivery to nudge me about a special offer that hadn't been visible at checkout. Lovely service, would definitely use again.”

“Very efficient and personal service, I clicked the wrong button on ordering so I emailed and within an hour someone phoned me back and sorted my problem. They also made sure I was aware of the offer that was on the product and phoned me back again to confirm my order had gone through and arranged delivery to another address for me. I would definitely recommend this company.”
