“Overall the product is very nice looking, soft and I like the storage bag and sustainability, but with the product being not flexible at all I can’t get what I need with it. *UPDATE* After my review, a representative contacted me to get more information on the issues and see if they could help resolve it. They offered store credit for the amount I paid, so that I could try something else. Considering how much I spent on the product, I really appreciated that, and I was able to get 2 smaller items to try out. The item I originally purchased (Senna) will probably stay mostly unused because it just doesn’t work for me, but I appreciate the company’s dedication to making sure their customers are happy and satisfied, and giving me the opportunity to try something else out and give the company a second chance!”

“Good communication and update but one of the products was not fit for purpose. I assume that TNLC do not make the products so the issue lies with the manufacturer. They contacted me and offered me website credit or a replacement. Great customer service 💯”

“I love that it’s made from recycled plastic. Didn’t realize it was going to ship from overseas. That negated some of the environmental benefits. Customer service has also been extremely pleasant and committed to satisfaction”

“We are very happy with the quality of the products and customer service. One item arrived broken, we sent a photo and they sent us a new one without needing to do a return. The only reason I marked 4 out of 5 starts is that returning items from the U.S. is very expensive. We had wanted to returned some unopened items, but the cheapest we could manage was $49.00 for shipping, and only could return what could fit in the box. I know there really isn't a way around this, but I wish they could do something to make returns from the U.S. a little simpler. It's such an awesome place to buy a gift for your partner, but if they can't return it for something they more prefer it makes it a risky move.”
