“Delighted with my purchase will deliver hours of pleasure. Very slightly challenging I finally as to how device works with the remote control as no instructions provided. However did eventually fathom it all out. A little more technical guidance would have been much appreciated. Thank you”

“I never got a shipping confirmation so I was annoyed waiting forever on that, then took a couple of days for them to respond when I finally reached out and they weren't very apologetic... I didn't realize it was shipping from the UK, and the shipping times were not at all accurate when I ordered. It took 12 days to arrive. I appreciated the plastic-free packaging and the product seems to be good quality. The shape and soft texture are nice and comfortable. It is reasonably powerful. The light never stops flashing when you plug it in so you don't know when it's done charging which is weird.”
