“Belgium is a country blessed: delicious chocolates, wonderful waffles, champion cyclists (Eddy Merckx, Wout Van Aert), the adventurous Herge, the anguished songster Jacques Brel and best of all - Belgian beer. Thanks to the excellent Belgian Beer Company I am now enjoying eight exquisite Belgian beers. Great service.”

“Fast delivery and a wide range of beers, Sadly it's slightly more expensive than other sites but you are paying for the convenience of access to a larger range of products, Would definitely use again.”

“Good company for choice of beers. My only down side with using them is it takes so long to deliver items, that and the fact I have a request to review every time I make an order. I am sure a response claiming something to do with the size of company or being independent will be the reason….. I use a local brewery who are independent and very small in regards to their output and they are very efficient on delivery methods and times, so I know it’s possible. I have only ever had to get in contact about one delivery which regarded damaged packaging and even then I felt like they made it clear they had to go out of their way as if I was being unreasonable. Maybe the high standard of other vendors has me spoilt and with high expectations.”

Many thanks for your feedback, it is appreciated. We dispatch nearly all our orders within 2-3 working days on a next day, fully-tracked service. I've checked your last 2 orders and we were within our timeframe. We are, however, closed at the weekends so this might seem longer if you order on a Thursday / Friday. With regards to reviews, we are an online company only and think gaining feedback from all our customers is vital in continuing to improve and maintain our high level of service. All customers receive a review request after an order is placed but obviously it's at your discretion whether you complete this or not. Finally, I respond to all emails personally and I can only apologise if I came across as suggesting you were unreasonable. That would not have been my intention at all. As a small business owner, my aim is to resolve any issue as quickly and efficiently as possible and to ensure our customers keep using our services. Cheers Sam

“I have been ordering from the Belgian Beer Company for a while now. The website is easy to navigate with clear pricing. All my orders have arrived in perfect condition. The bottles are carefully packed singly in sturdy cartons and the added glasses are wrapped in bubble wrap. Never had any breakages or problems. The customer service was very helpful when I had to delay delivery through road works. Why I order Belgian Beer? It is the Best!!”

“Really happy with the service provided, the choices of Belgium beers is exceptional. Purchased the Trappistes selection & Super 8 for my partner's birthday, he was absolutely delighted to receive such a great selection. Packaging & delivery definitely gets 10/10. The site was really easy to navigate. All in all, very impressed.”
