“A great company to deal with. They stock a fantastic selection of Belgian beers and my stash is coming along nicely, despite my best efforts to reduce it at every opportunity 😉. The beers are very securely double packed and arrive promptly. The free beer mats are a nice touch and very welcome, thank you.”

“I ordered a set of beers as a gift for my husband sadly delivery took longer than I had expected and didn’t arrive in time for his birthday. After nearly 2 weeks after I ordered I contacted the company to ask where my order was to find out it had been delivered to a neighbour. I wasn’t aware the item had been delivered and to which neighbour. Eventually after a few more days of we discovered where the delivery had been left. Sadly this was not the smooth experience I was hoping for, the items were good but for the cost I paid for delivery I expected a better experience.”

Hi, Thanks for the feedback. I've looked at your order and we dispatched it within 4 days. Although the courier sent you tracking updates as to when the parcel was to be delivered, you weren't in at the time unfortunately, which meant they left it with your neighbour. Over a week then past before you contacted us to say you still hadn't received the parcel. I'm sorry the courier didn't leave you a note to say where they left it. I've fed this back to our account manager so they are aware. Cheers Sam
