Didn't feel like it was.value for money. Beers were average at best. Better to go to Morrisons and stock up in person. Scampy fries (foc) were excellent however

The beers are delicious, but were delivered upside down in a box that had arrows and text pointing to the importance of being upright.

I can't comment on the beer as I bought it as a gift for a friend. I received a message on 19 December that the package would be delivered by DPD between 11.50 and 12.50, so I stayed in, waiting for it. At 12.36 I received a message saying Sorry We Missed You and that the parcel had been taken to a Homebase store. The address on the order was correct, there is a large 14 on the front door of the house, and my bell has my surname typed next to it. Clearly, nobody attempted to deliver the package and, having paid £6.99 to have it delivered, I had to drive to Homebase to deliver it myself.

Hi David, thanks for getting in touch. Unfortunately, some of our orders are taking a little longer than normal to get through courtier network than normal. This is due to the extra pressure being but on the network due to the royal mail strikes and the huge demand caused by Black Friday. I will contact you direct with up to date delivery details.

I bought from this company as they said they use DPD, inferring fast delivery. However only when confirmation is received did I learn it wouldn’t arrive in time and I couldn’t get hold of anyone (telephone number doesn’t work) to cancel order or enquire.

Placed my order on 5th November and have still not received it. I emailed 3 days ago and was told it was being looked into, but have heard nothing.

Thanks for the feedback. The parcel company aren't able to locate the parcel and we are waiting for them to confirm if they can still deliver it. If not, then we will be in touch to arrange another product to be sent or a refund shortly. Appologies for the issues you have experienced.

Very expensive, for example Delirium triple £3.70p BBC £2.50 TESCO. Duvel tripel hop £3.40 BBC TESCO £2.50, although the latter does not sell it anymore.

I had an unpleasant experience ordering beer. The beer had not arrived 10 days after the order despite the stated delivery time being 1-3 days. When I got in touch to ask where they were I was informed that I could expect delivery in another 5 days, the message was terse and contained no apology. I sent a further message stating my discontent, especially as the 1-3 days delivery statement remained on the website. I also mentioned the delivery was now too late as it had been for a retirement celebration. I recieved no reply at all. The delivery was brought forward from tuesday to sunday, but remained too late for the celebration.

Hi, I am so sorry your order didn't make it on time. We had put on our how to order section that we were experiencing delays so sorry the original default delivery time was confusion matters. I have removed all mention of this to avoid any confusion in the future. We are extremely busy at the moment and working 16 hour days which means we are keeping our comms brief as we concentrate on dispatching orders. Very sorry if this came across as terse, that certainly wasn't the intention.

The two stars are based on a decent previous performances. I can't give any more because the beer I was told would be delivered 6 days ago hasn't arrived yet, I can't rate the beers because I don't yet have them.

First and second orders were perfect. Third order they didn't send until I nagged them then it was incorrect. Only fixed the issue when I put in a complaint with paypal

We only received 1 email from yourself to say you hadn't received an order and this was corrected immediately. We didn't receive any emails from you nagging. You have since ordered from us again and had no problems. Enjoy the beers and thanks for supporting a small business.

As I had broke my glasses I didnt realise that the beer I purchased was 3mths out off date so it went down the drain.

We are sorry to hear the beer was disposed of - they would have been fine to drink. We do ensure that any beers in our sale section are clearly stated both in the title and product description if they are out of date.

Some great beers, however customer service is lacking. Took too long to let me know a beer I ordered was out of stock and then sent me fewer bottles of the beer they had suggested as a replacement.

Hi, thanks for the feedback. During Covid lockdown we haven't had any admin support as all staff have been working flat out in the warehouse dispatching orders as safely and quickly as possible. This was stated on all our comms channels. Also, due to the pandemic, our wholesalers have been experiencing some delays and issues with getting beers into the UK.
