“My bottles of Tynt Meadow arrived very well packed which meant unless the box was dropped from a great height they would arrive in one piece. This Trappist Ale Is produced in Leicestershire and so smooth and has a great flavour.Have ordered from The Belgian Beer Company before and will do so again”

Hi, Thanks for the review. Unfortunately dpd couldn't find the delivery address as you put a company name down when in actual fact it was your house. As the company isn't advertised by any signage, the driver couldn't find the property. The parcels have been returned to us and your order has been refunded in full. Regards Sam

“Unfortunately your courier dpd Delivered 1 box of beer on one day I had to wait in for 8 hours Then received a email telling me the rest of the delivery would be the next day between 7 in the morning and 10 at night a 15 hour delivery window they did deliver but only 1 box of beer again I was then told the delivery would be the next day Unfortunately that service is not good enough Regards Mal Heslop”

Hi, thanks for your feedback. We have spoken to DpD and this can happen due to lack of space and weight constraints in their vans. DpD always provide up to date information of when the other parcels will be delivered in your 1 hour time slot, so as to minimize the time you need to stay at home. We use DpD as they are voted the best courier annually due to their innovation, reliability and sustainability. We are sorry you didn't receive your order altogether but glad it was received quickly and in tact.

“Excellent friendly company, I only wanted an Empty beer crate, the one I chose was not available so I was recommended one for my purpose, during our email discussion which was very friendly and informative. I was kept fully up-to-date regarding the delivery. A very friendly customer orientated company.”

“Excellent choice of beers and very reasonably priced. The offers and bundles they offer are also superb. Website is easy to navigate, the choice is staggering. From ordering to delivery is quick, delivery cost is not extortionate, or you can collect. If you are a Belgian Beer fan this is the company to deal with.”
