“The website states that orders are dispatched daily. So, when I ordered on a Monday, making sure to only select beers that showed "in stock", I was expecting my order to arrive by Friday at the very latest as I had intended to take some of the beers to a party on the Saturday. When nothing had arrived on Thursday, I emailed to query if my order had been dispatched. I never received an answer, only a system generated email on the Friday to tell me that my order had been dispatched that day for Monday delivery. Late for the party! Packaging: great Beers: great Service: poor”

“All ways they have my beer in stock and send to me in a reasonable time . No damages and packed very well using card board inside not those squishy things that go all over . A great company to buy from.”

“Why did I try BBC in the first place ? it was because the company I used in Belgum went to the wall and any others there make it expensive now we are not on the EU. I was very pleased with the selection and price along with the the packaging and delivery. Will I be using them again Yes. Cambrinus in Brugge has been my local for the last 45 years and they have a huge selection 200+ bottled beers so when checking out the selection at BBC I was very well pleased.”

“This was my first order from the company. It was delivered quickly, but it would have been good to have a notification of the delivery time. I'm enjoying the beers - some old favourites and new ones, and they are all great so far. It's also good to have this company so close to y home address!”

“Great selection of fabulous beers that have travelled well and taste exactly as good as on a barmy Belgian summer evening especially when chilled well. Ease of order excellent and the quality of protective packaging was far superior to expectations ~ shame to discard it. Most bottles seem to be 330 ml so paying equivalent of £ 5.60 / pint which as an online purchase is not bad for such a good quality authentic product. Just be weary how potent some of the 8%+ varieties are especially when drunk quickly which is difficult to resist when the quality is so good. Will definitely be a repeat customer. Customer liaison and communication top notch too.”
