“The best stock of single bottles I have found in the UK a minor inconvenience of a missing bottle in a recent order was rectified quickly. I particularly the waitlist feature and have been advised one of the beers I wanted is now back in stock so will be reordering in the next few days. Today I can only review the beers below I have tasted.”

“We ordered a bottle of Braeckman Blauwe Duif Young Gin, and were only prepared to pay the £35 as the website showed it as a 1 litre bottle (as did our order). When we received a 70 cl bottle we asked how they would make the appropriate adjustment. Initial reply was just "sorry, website mistake", final offer was 10% discount, or they would arrange for a courier to pick it up. We had plans for the gin, so didn't want to return it, but we were left to pay for their mistake. Lack of customer focus and sense of fairness - we won't use them again.”

Many thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately there was an error on the description (the price was correct for the 70cl bottle) and as such we offered a discount if you wished to keep the product. We would also have collected the bottle free of charge if it wasn't required and provide a full refund. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

“My new beer glasses say it all, ‘Delirium’ when I opened the box and held them I was literally filled with pure Delirium then I added beer and my world was calm and peaceful! Fantastic glasses with great panache and style!”
