“I'm really impressed with the customer service of TBBC. I bought a selection of beers over Christmas and the package went missing in the post. TBBC sorted it all out for me with the courier even though they should have been closed for the holidays (big shout out to Sam who went above and beyond for me). When the package arrived the beers has been expertly packed, no breakages, and exactly what I ordered. Looking forward to ordering from them again.”

“They saved Christmas! After failing to find anywhere in the UK that stocked the Anchor Christmas Ale 2022 I found some on 23rd December on their website. The beers were delivered Christmas Eve so my 10 year tradition of having these beers remained in tact. Thank you!”

“I ordered my beer on 13th December (104371) and as I write this on 26th December the beer has still not been delivered. I am sure the beer I ordered is great but the delivery has been poor and I still don't know when the beer will be delivered jus an email to say it is delayed with DPD, but no tracking is available.”

“I can't comment on the beer as I bought it as a gift for a friend. I received a message on 19 December that the package would be delivered by DPD between 11.50 and 12.50, so I stayed in, waiting for it. At 12.36 I received a message saying Sorry We Missed You and that the parcel had been taken to a Homebase store. The address on the order was correct, there is a large 14 on the front door of the house, and my bell has my surname typed next to it. Clearly, nobody attempted to deliver the package and, having paid £6.99 to have it delivered, I had to drive to Homebase to deliver it myself.”

“I gifted my partner a 3 months subscription of Belgian Beer last Christmas and he liked it so much that for his birthday he asked for a lifetime supply so that's where we are now!! The monthly deliveries rarely have beers already sent previously, which is a massive bonus. Beers span from pale ale to fruity to darker ales, the variety is huge. Sometimes small gifts are also included, like bottle opener keyrings or beer mats. I only had to contact Customer Support a couple of times and they were always responsive and incredibly helpful. All in all highly recommended.”
