“The review is not of the beer we haven't had it. Twice Yodel have said they have attempted delivery and we've not been in. I've been sat at the window they have not even driven passed! They've just skipped the delivery twice because its slightly off the beaten track and can't be bothered! They have one more chance on Tuesday otherwise I'll be asking for a refund! It's not your fault but Yodel are a disgrace!!”

Thanks for the feedback. I have spoken to the courier, feeding back your comments and I hope delivery will now occur as expected. If it doesn't arrive we can send by a different delivery company or you can of course have a full refund. So sorry for the inconvenience caused. Sam.

Hi David, thanks for getting in touch. Unfortunately, some of our orders are taking a little longer than normal to get through courtier network than normal. This is due to the extra pressure being but on the network due to the royal mail strikes and the huge demand caused by Black Friday. I will contact you direct with up to date delivery details.

“Still waiting on contact about my refund. Never received my beer. No contact with me until I commented on social media. I understand that there are difficulties in delivery at the moment but far more effort could have been made to contact me and resolve my problem. Still no contact or refund.”

Thanks for contacting us. The issue appears to be that when you changed address the delivery needed to be rerouted which took some additional time, which caused the delay. We have had the parcel returned to us, with DpD stating there was a failed delivery, due to there nobody available to receive the parcel. As you have contacted us you no longer wish to receive the beers a full refund has been made. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

“I found The BelgianBeer Company when I did an on-line search for Oktoberfest Bier. I ordered some and was very well pleased with the excellent packaging and the quick delivery. More recently, I wondered what the Belgian beers would be like so I ordered a mixed box, along with more Oktoberfest biers. Again, good delivery, well packed and with two free beers! I am happy with the range offered by this company and reccommend them.”

“Don't be worried I have only given Belgian Beer Company only 3 out of 5. That is for the delivery. As it was a gift for Christmas the beer has not been tasted yet so cannot judge on that but I will let you know what the recipient thought of it. Many thanks”

“My husband has not tried the beer yet - it is for his Christmas present. Being from Belgium myself Martin has learned a lot about Belgian beers, his favourite is the Kasteel beer. Sadly he now has Alzheimers so cannot drink as often as he used to but we said we would forget about the illness over the festive period. He has always been very pleased with the previous packs you sent us.”
