“The beer I ordered came earlier than expected and was packaged really well. Happy with the selection of beers on offer, definitely will use again to get the more specialized beers that you can't normally find in UK.”

“Good product and service. However I'm disappointed that having spent over £100 on an order the day my order turned up they announced a offer with discounts for the bankholiday on orders over £100. Next time I'll leave any orders to the last minute rather than ordering in advance.”

“I received an order including Westmalle [4.8%] and Tynt Meadow, the Leicestershire Trappiste Beer. The former, though a 'boys' beer by normal Belgian standards is very good as a lunchtime tipple. I didn't like the Tynt Meadow at first but have grown to like it and shall probably order more in the future.”

“Great selection. Delivery took longer than I expected and as the parcel wasn’t delivered to my home it was quite annoying to carry it from the depot. I would recommend working with a courier than a parcel service for larger deliveries.”

“Brilliant beers but confusing delivery, got given 3 different emails with different delivery days and times on. The website was a little annoying as images were different to what you actually got in the mixed boxes which was fairly misleading. Good job I read the info. All in all though I got the beers fairly quickly and they were great”

“I've recently moved from Beer Hawk to The Belgian Beer Company because it's no longer possible to order individual Belgian beers in the former; everything has to be in a pack, so you inevitably end up with some beers you're not so keen on. Deliveries tended to be quicker with Beer Hawk sometimes arriving a day or so after the order. With The Belgian Beer Company it takes longer for the beer to arrive, probably because the individual bottles have to be selected (my last order took about 2 weeks, but that did include Easter). The Belgian Beer Company uses dpd and Beer Hawk Yodel. Both are good couriers with options to leave the deliveries in safe places if you aren't at home. Dpd is also very specific about when your delivery will take place which does give it the edge over Yodel.”
