“Fast delivery and a wide range of beers, Sadly it's slightly more expensive than other sites but you are paying for the convenience of access to a larger range of products, Would definitely use again.”

“Great selection or beers and my package came fairly quick! Only downside is prices aren’t quite as competitive as other websites, but the amount of choice and variety more than makes up for it.”

“Well packaged beers, better delivery than last time. I knew the beers were on their way so I didn't miss them like last time. One beer was best before 3 weeks after delivery. I would expect beers to sent to me with at least a year best before. A beer within 3 months of best before date I would expect to be discounted. Otherwise happy, I was very happy with the beer mat you sent me.”

“Very easy to order and great packaging so bottles arrived safely. My only criticism is the lack of information from the delivery company. Not one update and the beer was delivered to my house whilst I was out. I would think twice about ordering again based solely on that.”

Hi Karen, thanks for the feedback. Our courier sends tracking updates via email so maybe these went into your junk folder. You have the option to leave in a safe place, with a neighbour or rearrange the delivery for another day if you're not going to be in. Cheers Sam

“First time using The Belgian Beer Company, mainly because wanted one specific product, but I'll use them again as their product range is excellent. Dropped them one star as communication about delivery was a bit scant. Heard nothing for about a week, then the ETA when eventually provided was missed for several days.”

“Although a lot of the beer glasses were out of stock. I did find a nice glass and two Belgium Christmas beers to order. Everything arrived safe and sound so I will have one if my Christmas beers tonight as I have finished work for Christmas.”
