“I have enjoyed all the beers I have purchased, service is good, I have recommended your company & will continue to do so keep up the good work. For me the only down side I emailed you after the delivery I had after Christmas to say the glass in one of the delerium sets was broken ,all the packaging was in good condition, but you did not reply.”

“Great choice of beer and I managed to find a specific one that was hard to find. Thankyou! Only grumble is that my beer took slightly longer to arrive than the estimate. That might be down to your choice of carrier though.”

“Communication was a little lacking as it was a bit of a wait(given the circumstances this was understandable) , but after an email was sent the beer was sent straight away, we love it and will no doubt be ordering again!”

“Arrived on time and the packaging was excellent. I say this as it wasn't last time, as there was a bottle with damage. Now it seems they are using really solid packaging which is great!”

“the Belgian Beer Co offers a good range of Belgian beers that you would not find locally I really enjoy a number of these but i have to say the BBC prices at 3x the Belgian / Dutch prices makes you appreciate them less frequently than otherwise. Of course the shipping and now customs costs have to be covered and a workable bottom line is necessary, the packaging is much improved, virtually zero breakages, and the delivery company now used is an improvement too. i will continue to use the BBC albeit less frequently than i would like purely due to the costs.”

“Very good selection of beers. Easy to use online site. Packaging was excellent and the delivery was in good time. The only issue is the price. The beers are expensive and some of them can be found cheaper But overall the amount of choice from one company is great”

“Excellent products. My only gripe- but it’s an important one - is that delivery has slowed to a crawl. Used to be three days. Last shipment took more than a week. Not good enough.”
