“Didn't answer phone calls/emails. Had to pay for delivery despite being 9days late with no correspondence to say what was going on.”

Hi, unfortunately orders are taking a little longer than normal due to restrictions within our warehouse due to the pandemic and the huge increase in orders we have had. We did state not to chase orders within 10 days during this time, due to us wanting to spend as much time dispatching orders as possible. We do answer as many emails as possible but have had to prioritise them so sorry you didn't have a reply. Thanks for the feedback and we plan to have larger premises and additional staff in the new year to address the longer lead times we have experienced. It's been a learning curve for us as we just couldn't predict the change in demand.

“Delivery is a lot shorter before COVID 19 came along maybe as more orders have been requested. This isn’t a criticism. The selection on offer is second to none. You will be spoilt for choice. A great company,recommend”

“Having connections in Belgium, I have had many a Belgian beer over the years, and these are up to the standard. Received message saying delivery on Friday, then another on previous day - "delivery today". Excellent service.”

“Great beer, well packaged and delivered quickly (within a week) by DPD. I buy my favourite beer from the BBC, Brugse Zot blonde, and it's always a decent price compared to other on-line beer suppliers. Highly recommended.”

“Always enjoy the beers from here, prompt delivery and good to support local business. Looking forward to some of the glasses coming back into stock. We already have a small collection and they definitely make a difference when they're matched with the beer (in my mind anyway) Houblon Chouffe is awesome btw. Great with portie kaas. Would be great to have a Belgian beer tasting once all this is over?”

“I ordered some fantastic beers from the Belgian beer company and they arrived quickly and well packaged. The beer didn’t disappoint and was top class. The only disappointment stopping five stars is that the sale beers I never ever in stock. My ask would be that if they are not in stockThen they are simply not listed it to save wasting time. But will certainly use again some great interesting beers but you can’t find in shops here.”
