“Delivery was a little delayed but not a surprise in this time of year. Bit disappointed the trappist mix box were not all trappist beers (half were half werent).”

Hi Joel, your order was an abbey/Trappist mixed pack which is why it was half Trappist and half Abbey beers. We do a Trappist world mixed pack which includes just Trappist beers that might be a good choice next time. If there is anything I can help with just let me know. Sam.

“I had an unpleasant experience ordering beer. The beer had not arrived 10 days after the order despite the stated delivery time being 1-3 days. When I got in touch to ask where they were I was informed that I could expect delivery in another 5 days, the message was terse and contained no apology. I sent a further message stating my discontent, especially as the 1-3 days delivery statement remained on the website. I also mentioned the delivery was now too late as it had been for a retirement celebration. I recieved no reply at all. The delivery was brought forward from tuesday to sunday, but remained too late for the celebration.”

Hi, I am so sorry your order didn't make it on time. We had put on our how to order section that we were experiencing delays so sorry the original default delivery time was confusion matters. I have removed all mention of this to avoid any confusion in the future. We are extremely busy at the moment and working 16 hour days which means we are keeping our comms brief as we concentrate on dispatching orders. Very sorry if this came across as terse, that certainly wasn't the intention.

“This is a company which deserves to succeed, in the last couple of years they have expanded their range massively, improved their packaging and their website, all through their own hard work. Now working long hours to adapt to the Covid restrictions and provide the best customer service that they can. Long my they continue.”

Hi, unfortunately orders are taking a little longer than normal due to restrictions within our warehouse due to the pandemic and the huge increase in orders we have had. We did state not to chase orders within 10 days during this time, due to us wanting to spend as much time dispatching orders as possible. We do answer as many emails as possible but have had to prioritise them so sorry you didn't have a reply. Thanks for the feedback and we plan to have larger premises and additional staff in the new year to address the longer lead times we have experienced. It's been a learning curve for us as we just couldn't predict the change in demand.

“Delivery is a lot shorter before COVID 19 came along maybe as more orders have been requested. This isn’t a criticism. The selection on offer is second to none. You will be spoilt for choice. A great company,recommend”
