“We are in the process of transitioning to TeamFeePay and so far the support and experience has been very good. Revenue admin and generation is vital to the long term sustainability of our grassroots club and this is an area TFP excels in compared to other solutions, alongside supporting club development and growth in other areas.”

“We have used TFP for a few years now, and the modifications to track the payments this season have been great. Navigating the system and collecting data is quick, and missing subs are easy to identify, which is a great help to us as a club. Custumer service Having your own team member to contact for anything you want to add on or help with is great. Connor has been nothing but helpful and professional.”

“Has been a great help in that coaches no longer need to handle cash and since moving to the system fees are now collected in a timely manner saving lots of admin. Any problems we have encountered have always been dealt with promptly and without fuss by TFP. Has definately helped in the progression of our club and with new features being added all the time it will only help our progression more”

“We’ve been using Team Fee Pay since June, it’s gone well so far, the function itself is good- the only issue I’ve had is with stripe (the payment function)- but I have to say it’s some of the best customer service support I’ve ever had getting everything going. It can be expensive getting set up and then the stripe deductions on each payment- however it’s still ideal for me as a volunteer to just have everything automated and available.”

“Our account handler James is always available to help. Very responsive. Will also send how to videos in response to requests for information from the system so that you not only get the info you require but have a resource you can access later should you need it again. Very helpful team.”

“TeamFeePay has been extremely helpful in collecting recurring monthly payments, saving a lot of time and stress for admin staff. The system makes it easy to manage registers, payments, and stay on top of spaces available for new starters. Would definitely recommend to others.”
