“We introduced Team Fee Pay to our club Whiteley Wanderers FC for the 2024/25 season and it has been a godsend. We finally took the plunge and did away with our antiquated manual process and I wish I’d have done it sooner to be honest. Registering over 400 players manually isn’t the best job to be honest. From the very beginning the guys in the onboarding team were superb and built us a platform in order for us to hit the ground running. If any minor glitches did appear they were dealt with very quickly by the onboarding team and / or our account manager. They have also listened to feedback and have added those non standard nice to have tweeks when requested. Thanks guys, much appreciated. 👍🏻”

“After losing lots of money for years TeamFeePay has ensured we have 99.4% of payments in the first month. This equates to +£2K on our old system. We couldn’t be happier with the system, its functions, reliability and overall spend a lot less time chasing payments.”

“We've started using Teamfeepay for the 24-25 season and the club registration and payment process has improved massively. The automated collection makes the admin much easier and we've been able to introduce more instalments to ease family cashflows. The onboarding support is top notch - they manage the configuration process and are quick to respond to questions or issues. Once our players are registered we're looking forward to exploring the many other aspects where Teamfeepay can contribute to the growth of the club. The big thing is that they understand UK grassroots football and the pressures that come with running a club - it's not just a generic subscription management service.”

“Teamfeepay has made such a positive difference to our club since we joined almost 2 years ago. With the club continuing to grow we needed help. TFP provided a quick online player registration link that we can send to our parents. It has given valuable time back to our volunteers, who can concentrate on other things within the club rather than the unnecessary worry of chasing monthly subs. Registrations, tracking payments & being able to adjust payment plans to suit individual players & their families. A very invaluable tool which simplifies our monthly management accounts process. Club fundraising links is also another game changer to our club. The customer service is excellent!! Nothing is ever a problem & there is always someone readily available for help or advice. TFP are now working with us helping us to grow and develop further aspects of our club. ⚽👍”

“TeamFeePay has been a total game changer for us so far, we are only one month in and it has saved so much admin time in chasing sub payments. Hours a month were previously spent recording payments and non payments and then having to chase coaches to chase payments. TeamFeePay took a little admin time for the initial set up but well worth it, you get lots of support along the way and we are looking forward to what else we can get from the platform.”
