“login and it doesn't show my payment setup so can't cancel. click help and it opens a new tab directing to goolgle. go to chat and it's a blank faq. total scam”

“Ordered club clothing and never arrived. Ended up having to do a chargeback due to lack of timely response to emails. Club and tfp passed buck and no ownership taken to resolve. Have now tried paying for kids club fees and although it said payment plan, took payment in full. Website is an unresponsive mess.”

“Complete lack of customer service. Rude and unhelpful. Very hard to get into contact with anyone and when they do eventually respond instead of being helpful and apologetic will try and blame you for their lack of customer service.”
