“ Everything is of a high quality but the item that prompted me to order was subsequently not available and I was told of this too late to cancel the order: rather, I was just told of the refund without given a choice. The refunded item was subsequently advertised as available but I didn't want to put together another £70 order. It was a shame, as the salt beef I was looking forward to is available in very few alternative outlets, ”

The day before the delivery, two weeks (!) after placing the order, I received an email saying that there must have been an online shop problem. No Somsaa Thai sausages available. A very disappointing experience as we have planned a whole Thai inspired birthday dinner with those sausages. At least the refund was done immediately. ”
