“Lovely collar but it took ages to arrive and I ordered an £8 name tag which is completely illegible. Do order the collars but don't bother with the name tags, the numbers and writing on the back are so small and faint that anyone would struggle to read it.”

Hi there, so sorry to hear you're disappointed with the engraving! We can sometimes try to squeeze on too much information to the tag depending on what is asked for by the customer and I appreciate this can then make the text small. If it did indeed end up too small we should have gotten in touch to discuss a different engraving option with less lettering, apologies about that.
