Hi Gillian, We're very sorry your order hasn't arrived yet! We were a little behind our suggest 4-7 day build time due to the time of year so your order was slightly delayed in being despatched however we are really struggling at the moment with deliveries due to the Royal Mail strikes causing mass disruption across the entire UK delivery network.
