“My order was missing 3 items. When I tried to contact customer service to resolve this it was more or less impossible to get a response. I am still trying to speak to someone.”

“Happy with the delivery but never worked with paint like it . Could not get a smooth finish no matter what I used I think the metallic in the paint comes together. After trying to roll or brush for only a few minutes it was unworkable”

“I sent off for a tester the size of which is ridiculous for almost £5.00 then you add the cost of postage in a box the size of which was also ridiculous, so for the tiniest tester of paint was just shy of £10.00. I don’t see how you justify that. Not tested the paint yet the cost and disappointment took the shine off.”

Good afternoon Carol. Thank you for your review. The cost of the tester pot at £4.95 is the price we must sell at as stipulated by our supplier, in this case, Fusion Mineral Paint. This is to ensure there is fair trade across all stockists. Whilst the 37ml tester pot is essentially a tester size, it does goes a long way. The coverage guide attached shows this size can cover a mirror or a small stool/chair. With regards to the box; the smallest box as standard caters for x1 500ml pots which is also used for tester pots. It is a requirement that we supply paint in packaging that withstands typical transportation. We cannot therefore supply in padded envelopes for example - even in this case, due to the size, the delivery cost by Royal Mail remains the same. We do not profit out of delivery. The £4.95 delivery fee includes same day despatch before 4pm via the fastest delivery method - typically this is next day. I hope this provides some clarification to your review.
