“I ordered a pot of paint online in May. Money was taken out of my account on 20 May but the paint did not arrive. I emailed customer services but got no reply. I then rang during opening hours but no one answered the phone. I left a message asking someone to return my call urgently. I heard nothing so started the process of claiming through my credit card company. Then the paint was miraculously delivered on 15 June with no explanation for the delay. I will not be buying from this company again.”

“Clear concise info on website and very quick turnaround on the Fusion colour chart I ordered. Not all companies (UK) have the swatch card in stock but I'd thoroughly recommend getting it as it shows real paint swatches.. and won't hesitate to buy the actual paint from Smallhill when I'm at that stage, as they've been great.”
