“Samples arrived quickly and in tact as they were well packed. Actual order arrived damaged as not well packed and took 2 weeks to receive replacements. I was however grateful to receive the replacements as the T&Cs state that over 10% of my order must be damaged in order to receive replacements. The Amazon voucher was never sent for tagging you on Facebook with photos of my finished project despite contacting you via email, Facebook messenger and on a Facebook Post. After sales service is shocking.”
