“At first I was delighted with this company they arrived on time and I was kept informed each step ,there was a few broken tiles , but that wasn’t the issue , when I tried to order more as I was short the delivery cost was £50 for a 19.99box of tiles ! Even when I wrote to them they never did anything to help ,I notice when ordering there was a spase for a discount code , thinking if I at least received that, it would offset some of the cost but they would not even give me that Very disappointed in the customer service”

“From a quick and easy choice of samples. my sample was dispatched and delivered within a few days as promised. If I have to make any comment it would be that there was no literature or follow up paper work and it would have been nice to know the costs. Other than that it arrived and the sample was free. I now look forward to finding out the costs and quantities.”
