“We had wasted 2 months of our house sale time in a stressful process with our existing lender who had promised from the start that we would have no problem with our mortgage app to move home. It was devastating to be declined months down the line in the middle of Christmas. We nearly called everything off after 2 brokers told us we could just about get what we needed but at a rate 4% higher than we had been on before!! I got a call from Ian at simply (I'd been googling and had entered my number in their 'check if you qualify' section). He didn't waste any time just asked for our salary amounts and credit reports. He had a decision in principal within a few hours, from a high street lender at a rate cheaper than we had been quoted by our own lender! I read through all these reviews as I couldn't believe we would get through the full application and was worried about the fee. I instinctively had confidence in Ian from the start, it was evident how experienced and knowledgeable of the market he was..and we proceeded. Ecstatic to say that today (less than 2 weeks since the first call) we have our full Mortgage offer in writing!!!! For the amount we need at an amazing rate. Everything was done at speed, we quickly provided all docs and in return they were dealt with immediately. They also work outside of standard office hours so updates are provided when you aren't expecting. Above all though they are a genuinely good bunch of people, it's been a pleasure to deal with them. I am more than happy to pay a fee for this service they saved us tens of thousands of pounds, and above all, have made it possible for us to move home. If you are in the same boat worrying about defaults on your credit report, I strongly recommend you use this company.”

“After having a horrible experience with safeguard who just didn’t want to know about us when we got declined with one company, got in touch with Simply and they actually cared about our situation always kept in touch with us and updated us daily, Doug and Lauren couldn’t of been any better! Definitely use these, Thanks a lot!!”

“I didn’t think I was going to be able to get a mortgage. Came across Simply online and gave them a call. They are expensive but you get what you pay for. They looked after everything from start to finish. The process can be frustrating with all the paper work they needed and answers and even up until I got the mortgage offer I didn’t think it would happen but they pulled it off. Quick and helpful with a good rate and with a high street lender !! Top company I would use them again 100% !!”

“Simply were recommended to us by another broker as he didn't deal with Help to Buy, He put me in touch with David White at Simply. Simply put (pun not intended), David, Jackie and Gareth have been brilliant, Myself having some issues in the past, thought we would be paying over the odds for our mortgage, the team have secured us a mortgage with a High St lender at a very good rate and we couldn't be happier, Simply have taken all the stress and worry and kept us updated and the guys work so fast its unreal! We went from an AIP to an offer in 10 days. We will recommend them to anyone we know and feel their fee is worth every single penny. Thanks again guys.”

“We have used this company twice now to remortgage our house and cannot rate them highly enough. The first time we used them we had been paying into a debt management plan for years and had previously had a CCJ as our income had become unexpectedly reduced due to chronic illness. We really wanted to move into a detached house but we never thought that this was a possibility until speaking to Paul at Simply. He gave us hope and allowed us to stop feeling ashamed and to be able to move on with our lives and release equity in our house so that we could pay off our creditors and move into the detached house we’d always wanted. The second time we worked with Paul and his team was to remortgage when he was able to move our mortgage from a specialist lender to a high street lender with an excellent interest rate. Paul also managed to arrange life insurance for us at a rate that we were unable to match by looking on the internet. They were highly efficient and professional throughout our dealing with them and kept us informed every step of the way. We would never hesitate to use this company again in the future and they come highly recommended.”

“Dealt with Aime Grieve and cannot thank her enough for her professionalism and efficiency. Managed to get a residential with someone else and the same broker was dragging their heels for over 7 weeks for the BTL which was eventually rejected. I was told despite having excellent credit my DIP for another bank was declined. I scoured the web and found Simply and decided to give them a call to explain my situation. Within a day Aime had got me DIP and the following day she completed the application at around 18:00. Within three weeks I have had a physical survey and today received the mortgage offer. The choice of bank not only lent me exactly what I wanted but even during COVID19 was spot on and from the offset Aime was clear this lender would meet my needs. Aime kept me up to date at all times and always provided the information verbatim what the lender had said. Aime also charged a lower fee than stated initially as the BTL was not as involved. Me and wife are now going to move to our dream home and Aime has played a key role in this. I would most certainly recommend anyone not just people with difficult credit to contact Aime to assist with a mortgage.”

“After being turned away by a well known mortgage broker, we contacted Simply after reading all the other glowing reviews online, suspecting that they were too good to be true. This is absolutely not the case. The whole team at Simply, in particular David White, have gone above and beyond in order for us to achieve our dream of owning our own home. From start to finish, they were attentive, kept us calm in times of crisis and were always extremely quick to get back to us every time we had a query. We cannot recommend Simply enough. “I can only say this was the best decision I’ve ever made. I found the house of my dreams and was certain that it would only ever be a dream. On my initial conversation Angela went through everything with me and was able to give me some hope that my dream could be a reality. “I hadn’t heard of Simply before and found them through a Google search. Although apprehensive at the beginning (mainly based on experiences with other brokers and a high valuation fee), the entire experience with them was very pleasant, and stress was minimal. The team were extremely professional, upfront and kept me regularly updated with a special shout out to Karen and Alex. I received my offer today which is great. I now think the fees were worth it to allow us to get our home improvements done (adding value to our home) and a chance to repair our credit over the next couple of years. Thanks very much!”

“My case was particularly difficult and took 6 weeks from start to finish, and yet they treated me with respect, honesty and kindness all the time. For that I will always be very grateful. It's wonderful to wake up and know I am free to just live my life again with my kids in my own home. Thank you doesn't seem enough but it's all I can say.”
