“With my partner having an bad credit report we were unsure if we could get a mortgage even though his financial situation was becoming alot better as time went on. Simply were very helpful and gained as much information from both of us as possible. After months of waiting due to the housing market, today we heard we have a mortgage offer and we are one step closer to getting our home together”

“The whole process with simply has been easy and understandable. Having had an Iva prior the team were able to helpe find a mortgage albiet 2 years after the Iva had lapsed (not the simply teams' fault) keeping in touch with me through the period when the Intrest rates went sky high and mortgages were pulled through to actually getting the formal offer. I would highly recommend the service”

“I cannot fault simply adverse! Jamie and Ria have been amazing! I first made contact with Jamie 4 weeks ago and during that time he has responded quickly, answered many many questions and they have both been amazing throughout the whole process! given the complicated circumstances they have managed to secure us a mortgage with a high street lender! I would not hesitate recommend them and would most certainly use them again!”

“I have previously used Simply so didn't hesitate to use them again. I mainly dealt with Caroline who kept us informed of the process from start to finish and made the process as straightforward as possible. I was a bit apprehensive due to some adverse credit but knew simply could get us the remortgage we needed. We also had help from Pedro, Zoe, Liz and Frankie amongst others. Would definitely be back in the future for our next remortgage. Thank you 😊”

“The service I have received from Simply has been completely outstanding to be honestly.. I was turned away from a number of brokers due to the fact my partner was sitting with a bad credit score with a few missed credit card payments, my sister used simply before due to a similar situation and wow! Simon Osborne who was my broker, kept in contact every day, leading me through each stage within the process and a Morgage offer was issued a few weeks later. I cannot thank him enough just as we were giving up! Kerry Mitchell & Tia Russell also provided me great service there customer service skills 10/10 with communication. 10/10 from myself and my partner! So happy we have found this company for the future.”

“Robert Wells was absolutely brilliant. He had the right combination of patience and push to make sure we were on track and doing everything we needed to. Whenever there was anything a little complicated he found a solution for us and we always felt we were in the best of hands. I would highly recommend this service to anyone. Yes there is a charge but it is so worth it for people with a busy life 😀”

“Great company made everything really easy, I first was put in touch with Alex who made everything go smoothly really fast to respond and just made the whole process as stress free as possible. after processing everything with Alex I was passed on to Senita who also was really good to deal with and quick to respond. Overall a really stress free Great service made everything as easy as possible. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a mortgage well worth the fee.”

“I can't fault the Simply team and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Aime and Senita were fantastic from start to finish. The communication was excellent, I never had to wait for a response and they were always at the end of the phone if needed. They also helped me multiple times with my solicitor when I couldn't get a response or any information from them. They are professional, friendly and patient and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.”

“Gareth in particular has done an amazing job for us the hole team deserves a pat on the back brilliant from start to finish. We didn’t think it would be possible for us to get a mortgage due to having a ccj on my credit report. “I highly recommend Simply for people who have a past IVA and some credit defaults and are struggling to get a mortgage offer. Simply was able to get is a mortgage with a high street lender even though others brokers weren't able to! This was also for a shared ownership property. Well worth the fees they charge. I would also like to think Gareth for being so patient with me with all of my emails and phonecalls and for support us through this journey. Lastly, I want to thank Louise for being so nice and supporting us with the actual mortgage offer. Thanks to you guys, despite our credit history, we are able to buy our dream home and we couldn't be happier :D”
