“This is the third time I have used Simply and each time the experience has been amazing. The process is straightforward and extremely quick even in Covid rush my offer took a matter of a few weeks. “After being unsuccessful with numerous mortgage brokers I almost gave up on going forward with trying for a mortgage. However Adrian and his colleagues have truly pulled it out the bag and managed to secure me with a fantastic mortgage offer. A very quick and prompt service and would highly recommend to anybody struggling to obtain a mortgage.”

“We tried Simply after reading their reviews online. To be honest, we thought they were expensive compared to everyone else but - due to our situation - no one had managed to get us a mortgage and you don’t pay until offer so we got in touch. We spoke to Dan and he was very professional and very honest. He was very thorough in telling us what we needed to do and he said he’d either get us an AIP or very quickly tell us if it wasn’t possible. From there, it was a rollercoaster ride. Incredibly stressful and frustrating at times but rewarding at others. Dan, Jenny, Nicole, Lilly and Tracey are a credit to their profession. We couldn’t have done it without them and we are eternally grateful. Far from thinking their price is expensive, we now think it wasn’t enough. If you want a company that will do exactly what they say and more with a caring and honest approach then give these guys a try. We thank you all from the bottom of our hearts; you’ve made us so happy. Jamie & Jess.”

“Didn't think it was possible to get mortgage until I spoke to Rob who done all the hard work along with Kennedy who went through my affordability and after being accepted Stephanie pushed on so the sale could go through and I purchased my first home. “My experience with Simply has been nothing short of amazing. I have principally dealt with Simon Osbourne who has been nothing short of excellent. I've had lots of questions and Simon has always been on hand to help me. My thanks also go to Paige, Abbey, Caroline and Jackie through my mortgage application which went so smoothly I can hardly believe it myself. “Where do I even begin? Feeling dejected and defeated, we approached Simply as our very last hope of obtaining a mortgage. Jenny Reeves responded within 5 minutes of us sending the initial enquiry, took our details along with credit reports and to my absolute amazement, she placed us with a lender within a couple of days, with a DIP in place. She made the process seem so simple, when others have failed. Chloe Head was then assigned to us as our pre-underwriter who did all the hard work, all we had to do was provide a few documents and information. Low and behold, within 3 weeks, we have received our mortgage offer at a rate much lower than I was expecting. (multiple defaults/late payments). We are forever grateful for the service Simply have provided and would encourage anybody else with a adverse credit history to give Simply a try. If they can, they will do everything to get you a mortgage.”

“We approached Simply after trying to find a mortgage through the high street lenders and failing due to previous credit problems. Daniel was honest from the start saying we had to have full disclosure if we were to be successful and almost 4 months later we have collected the keys to our new home! There was a lot of stress, I'm not going to lie, but all of the team were helpful, patient and did all in their power to get the result we needed. Patience is a virtue and we got there in the end thanks to everyone working hard for us. If these people can't get you a mortgage then I truly believe no one can. Worth every penny if you really want to get on the property ladder.”
