“Excellent- from initial contact (made following a google search) right through the whole completion to formal very competitive offer(5 weeks) the communications were efficient, helpful, reliable and supportive and I couldn’t fault Lee or Matt with their support. First class service- highly recommended!”

“A stressful process was made totally pain free! I went from believing I could not get a mortgage at all due to having 2 CCJ's to being made an affordable and decent offer by a mainstream lender in less than a month! Highly efficient and very helpful, cannot recommend them enough.”

“Simply the best is how I would describe our experience. We came accross Simply after we had been turned down by a high street broker who advised we sit tight for a couple of years before trying to apply for a mortgage to enable us to move house. I did some research looking on Martin Lewis money forum and Simply kept being mentioned. Well I can honestly say from day one the customer service and hard work all Of the staff involved have provided us has been second to none, quick reply’s to emails or phone calls , if it’s been someone’s day off then another team memeber would pick up our enquiry and keep us updated. Its felt like we’ve had our very own private brokers that dealt with only us. Its worth every penny of the fee so if your reading this and are feeling a bit sceptical as we were then I’d say please don’t and give them a call. The good news is we’ve had our mortgage offer and found our new house to begin the next chapter. Thank you again to Adrian, Liz, Kerry, jenny,Jackie and Tracey and anyone else behind the scenes that helped us with obtaining an offer.”

“With losing my mum to COVID19 I had to have a mortgage and the way I was treated by Jenny R and Lilley was simply amazing they understood what I needed and bent over backwards to help me. If I'm honest I owe them a massive box of chocolates”

“These guys have just preformed a miracle to get us a long awaited morgage offer! After renting for the last 15years and both being self employed, we've struggled to get on the property ladder. Even after clearing all our debts and sorting out our finances we were still struggling. Decided to give simply a call after reading some reveiws. Our first contact was with Matthew Nurcombe who straight away gave me the confidence we needed and secured us a dip within 24hours. He's been our first port of call ever since that day. When Lilly Adcock took over as case manager we were filled with more confidence. It was the longest 9 weeks of our life, constantly back and forth with information that the lender was requesting. Yes it got stressful, Yes we nearly pulled out, Yes we cried.. but it was made alot easier with Matthew on Liily on hand via telephone or email (even when I pestered them a few times a day).. these 2 are amazing and I cant thank them enough for not only being patient with us but for finally helping us achieve our dream! Thank you Lilly & Matthew.. you need a medal, would definitely recommend x”

“I had the pleasure of working primarily with Dan but with a highly competent supporting cast of team members along the way. My wife and I had a relatively poor credit history despite good affordability and large deposit. We had worked with two brokers previously who took a very long time to ultimately not come up with the goods. Dan and the team at simply were the complete opposite. Key highlights for me: 1) Top class communication throughout 2) Friendly, realistic, transparent and candid 3) Ability to explore the art of the possible by leveraging strong relationships with lenders 4) From decision in principle in 24 hours to the whole process completed in under a calendar month - all contributed to us being able to exchange in the agreed timeline. I would recommend without hesitation, the broker fees are in my opinion less than what the going rate should be for the quality and execution provided by Dan and the team. Thanks for all your help!”

“We sit here amongst boxes as we are packed and moving in to our brand new house tomorrow, after 10 yrars plus of renting. I didn't think this would be possible so soon after clearing our debts but Doug and his team worked their magic and got us a good deal with a high street lender. Great service and communication were another plus and we are so happy to finally be on the eve of moving in to our own home. Yes you pay a little more for the service, but you get what you pay for. Thank you!”

“Unbelievable but true !!! These guy are helpful, friendly and always at the end of the phone. I would highly recommend Simply just because they are simply amazing ; A massive thanks to everyone who has dealt with my application in a professional and a friendly way - Big shout out to Alex , Charlotte, Lauren , Shannon - these 4 people has made it happen. I have been kept informed every step of my application, I can say it has been a stressful journey with all paperwork needed but its all worth at the end. I couldn’t believe when i recently got an email and Shannon said your application has progress to the offer dept. I got a mortgage offer within 6 weeks and i am delighted and cant wait to move into my new home. Thank you Simply !!!”

“Well where do I start I thought all was lost until I searched on the internet as a last resort. Going through a horrific divorce with two children and didn’t want to lose the family home my dad bought for myself and my children. Very poor credit history DMP and no hope Lee made me feel positive from day one and all the way through. He was amazing then my offer was given in principle my case was very difficult and Kerry Bates virtually held my hand the whole way through and I owe my life to Kerry and Lee. Because of you both working tirelessly for me and my children I have received my offer today. I am so grateful and the fees are well worth every penny this company is simply amazing.”
