“The whole process was made very easy as we where allowed to ask all sort of questions, as first time buyer we didn't understand many things but Doug and Lisa took there time to explain. We are this couple that calls like 4 times a day and they were never tired of explaining the same thing over and over and most importantly when our developer was wasting the lenders time, Lisa personally took this on herself and helped us by going after the developer to make sure the survey was done on time. We would be more than happy to recommend to family and friends.”

“Wasn’t sure how to go about getting a mortgage with poor credit, I contacted them back in January just to touch base as I’m self employed I needed another years accounts. They remembered me and contacted me at start of new financial year. I was sceptical of who they chose to get me my mortgage offer as they was a high street lender with a very good interest rate they assured me I’d be fine. They do ask for loads of info and at the time it seems a pain but it’s worth it as after submitting everything they asked I’ve hardly been asked for anything and today I got my mortgage offer all that is left is to sign paperwork. Brilliant company from the 1st person you talk with right the way through to final person who gives you the good news.”

“This company actually know what they are doing. Our HTB developer referred us to their free mortgage broker which resulted in 3-4 months of anguish and wasted time. We contacted Simply after two inexplicable declines from sub lenders and immediately saw the contrast in their approaches. It was night and day. Doug Robertson at Simply was knowledgeable, reassuring and thorough. He assessed our case and let us know from the outset that he could get us a mortgage offer in 10 days with a mainstream lender - which he did in less than 10 days!! Our interest rate was significantly better which meant nearly £400 less a month than the what the other mortgage broker could get us. Finally, we can actually start thinking about picking our furniture, measuring the drapes, telling both our families and friends that we are moving!! Tell anyone you know to try these guys first. Save yourself the anguish. Getting what you pay for, truly does apply here.”

“Hi so straight up layman's terms I found being limited in various area of credit really annoying & frustrating. When I called simply I was desperately trying to secure my dream home & on 1st contact I found simply helpful, non-judgemental & understanding they went straight to work although it took a little time they secured my loan I can't thank them enough it was a good process thanks everyone at simply I would definitely RECOMMEND YOU!!!!!!”

“I have had no problems at any stage of my dealings with them. Both Doug and lisa have gone out of their way to help, explain and find a suitable mortgage. Any queries I had have been answered quickly and efficiently. We have had a limited timescale to work to and they came throughvwith weeks to spare. All in all i am very grateful and morebthan happy with the service i have received. Worth every penny.”

As we are first time buyers with a low deposit and issues in our credit history we thought our chances of getting a mortgage with a good interest rate was very slim with a high street lender, but Loreta and her team made this possible and now we are looking forward to moving in to our own home! “...not Copperfield,White! After a very draining few months with many brokers refusing to take on our case we thought we had to settle for a broker who could possibly get us a mortgage but with a 7% rate which seemed very high even given our circumstances THEN we found Simply and Mr David White. What a breath of fresh air! From the first conversation David was extremely helpful and very honest. Throughout the whole process David kept us up to date. David replied to all my questions very quickly and efficiently, I remember saying to David that although he has many cases we have been made to feel like we were the only ones he was dealing with, a very personal and professional experience. Given our circumstances I still don’t know how David did it but he managed to get us a mortgage with a high street bank at a rate of just over 2%! I’ve read reviews about the fee simply charge and all I can say is you get what you pay for. If you want a personal professional VIP experience with someone who knows exactly what they are doing and are there to walk you through everything you have to pay for that. Obviously if you want a stressful long draw out process with a less professional broker then you pay slightly less but you get what you pay for! Overall an amazing experience worth every penny. David, a massive thank you to you and your team for all your help, hard work and amazing service!”

“After along wait for a new build David and the team came through with the goods very little effort on our behalf in fact seemed so stress free for us sometimes you thought you needed to be doing something . David & Chanelle look after all and was on the end of the phone with any questions we move in to our new home early summer thanks to them will defo recommend and come back to them in the future”
